is a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution in Uganda committed to producing competent, skilled, and innovative professionals through quality practical and competency-based education. The institute equips learners with the technical knowledge, practical skills, and entrepreneurial abilities required for employment, self-employment, and sustainable community development. By emphasizing hands-on training, industry exposure, and modern teaching methods, the institute prepares graduates to meet the demands of Uganda’s labour market and the global workforce.

Operating within Uganda’s TVET framework under the Ministry of Education and Sports, Agaron Works Vocational and Training Institute offers nationally recognized certificate programmes assessed and certified by both the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) under the Uganda Vocational Qualifications Framework (UVQF) and the Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board (UVTAB), depending on the programme of study. These assessment bodies ensure that graduates acquire industry-standard competencies and nationally recognized qualifications.
